- As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, updates and repairs of our energy storage systems.
- Software Troubleshooting: Analyzing and resolving software issues in energy storage systems.
- Traveling to various locations in Belgium to work on energy storage systems on-site.
- Applying extensive knowledge of various energy storage systems and relevant maintenance, update or repair procedures.
- Contributing to efficient improvements on installations.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers, providing necessary explanations on-site.
- Reporting through the CRM system.

- Fluent in both Chinese and English.
- A background in electronics or electricity would be an advantage.
- Willing to travel within Flanders and potentially throughout the Benelux.
